Ted is a proud husband, father, grandfather, retired foreman/quality control specialist, and God’s servant. His areas of service at Grace Lake include current board member and financial management.

Kate Lundgren, Vice President

Kate is Clinical Director and Owner of Cutting Edge Pediatric Therapy.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.  She is an adjunct professor for the Graduate School of Occupational Therapy at Texas Women’s University. Her areas of service at Grace Lake include current board member, business planning, marketing, and fundraising. Her adult sons with Autism are former accomplished riders at Grace Lake.

Chris Lowe, Secretary

Chris is a professional with over 20 years of experience serving attorneys and other legal professionals. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and a Master’s Degree in Education, Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology.  Chris is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Instructor serving children and adults with specialized abilities including those on the autism spectrum, cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus, Lesch-Nyhan Syndrome, lymphedema, microcephaly, muscular dystrophy, paraplegia and quadriplegia. Her areas of service at Grace Lake include current Board Secretary and legal support.

John Bailey, Treasurer

John is a retired investment banker and private equity executive. He has been CEO and CFO of several publicly traded companies. His area of service at Grace Lake is as treasurer, current board member and general business planning.

board member Elmarie Meintjes

Elmarie Meintjes, Board Member

Elmarie is a wife, mother, science teacher, farmer, veterinarian, and all-around manager of a busy Meintjes household. She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree and a Master of Neuroscience. Elmarie is passionate about sharing the incredible design of God’s creation with high schoolers and anyone else who is willing to listen. As the newest board member, she serves Grace Lake wherever needed.
